Avoid these scammers like the plague! My lodgers dog broke my laptop and she went to these guys to arrange a refurbished replacment, despite my previous laptop being very old the replacement is insanely slow in comparison and most frustratingly they supplied the wrong charger for the unit which is underpowered and the machine is slowly dying. I took the laptop back when problems first arose but was told in a very nonchalant manner that they dont stock the correct charger and I would have to make do and keep it charged. A few months later the laptop wouldn’t get past a black screen saying the computer doesnt have enough power and again they were very nonchalant saying they would look at it if I bought it in, as though that was a favour. I had moved to bath at this point so couldn’t do that and asked them to help remotely which they initially refused but gave me some pointers via email after I persisted. I eventually managed to get the machine vaguely working but I cannot use it off charger at all and the battery is slowly deteriorating. I asked for a manager call back to discuss options because this isn’t acceptable but I never got one and I’ve unfortunately been chronically unwell and unable to follow up since. It’s a matter of time until this machine gives up the ghost, the battery is getting lower and lower all the time despite being constantly plugged in and turned off when not in use. To admit that they supplied the wrong charger but refuse to do anything about it is just shameful.

Just before Xmas 3 year old high spec desktop crashed with loss of data. Previous IT support retired so desperate for immediate help. How I wish I had found and known about 19 Computing at that point. Instead had 3 independent IT support personnel who cumulatively made the situation far worse than it should have been. In New Year still had an unstable computer with an tsunami of ‘gliches’. Found ’19 Computing’ and James who ‘unscrambled’ a true ‘mess’ of a computer. The support and expertise has been unbelievably phenomenal, initially and since.
Going forward ’19 Computing’ will be doing all our IT support, reassured of the immediate support, expertise and professionalism that they give. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you ’19 Computing’

This has been my “go to” place for computer purchases and repairs ever since they were originally established in Drayton many years ago. I recently had a problem with my laptop – which I had bought from them, as a refurbished machine, four years ago – which switched itself off wouldn’t turned back on again. I took it down to them and the chap on the desk and sorted it for me in a couple of minutes by re-seating the battery, and charged me nothing! I am not very computer savvy; I have always found their staff helpful and informative.
