Brought my Google Pixel 7 Pro here for a new genuine screen. Great service with over expensive parts.
Phone screen developed a hairline crack through it over night, literally 6 days after having it replaced.
Rude lady proceeded to read the warranty on my receipt claiming it does not cover cracks.
She refused to listen to me explaining it developed overnight and that there are no clear signs of dropping the phone.
I spent close to $500 on a new screen, of course I’m going to look after it?!?
Tried to perduade me with another new screen at a “discounted price”, aka, here’s 3% off (no really 3%).
Absolute rip off of a joint. If I was you I wouldn’t touch this place with a 10ft pole.
Save your money and find somewhere else, because this shop simply just isn’t it.

Fantastic! I’m a tech at a public primary school and it’s very hard to find a good repair shop that deals with government processes while performing quality repairs. I was able to send my broken iPad in and had it sent back to me when it was repaired. I was very happy with the whole process and will send them more iPads to fix in the future. Great service, competitive price, and most of all good professional communication. Thank you.
Battery Replacement – Broke my NFC chip whilst replacing my battery, admitted he knew about it yet still sent me away after paying for the works.
On my return- Offered a refund and said he would put my old battery back in leaving me with no NFC and a battery that does not work properly.

Be cautious of this place.
Resolution – Left with a new battery and a full refund. NFC still broken.
Not worth the trouble!
