I’ve used their services a few times for parcel collection and returns.
I agree that the service and opening times could be improved. However the shop is very handy for UPS and Hermes returns where they offer label services. I am happy to forego some of the issues for the convenience the shop provides

they fixed my computer fine but they did a bad job. Hard to explain, but they installed a part in the wrong place so its slower (but still works) and they forgot to put the cover ontop of another part once finished installing now i dont have the cover. Go somewhere else more professional
