I had a really poor experience getting a phone battery replaced. The replacement battery was clearly faulty as it cut out at 30%. By the time they got another in it was cutting out at 70%. Perhaps I was just unlucky but I do question the quality of the batteries they get. Then on the second replacement, they smashed the phone back and had to get a replacement in for that. At least the second battery does seem to be working properly. So a total of 6 trips over about 3 weeks to get a battery replaced.
I visited 7G Repair shop yesterday to ask about how to remove personal data from an old laptop and also a tablet of mine. As I had brought them with me, staff members immediately kindly removed all data and put back to factory settings. They also disposed of them – amazing service and help!!!
Wife and I were not sure what we were looking for. Excellent knowledge and customer service and friendly advice shown by Josh who went through a range of products with pro and cons to help us make the appropriate choice.
