scammers. very disappointed if i’m being honest. i spent PS55 on a vape kit just to get home and find out everywhere else it sells for maximum PS30. they also told me the only liquid that works with it is a specific huge bottle that cost me PS20, complete lie. definitely avoid.
Shocking.
Owner calls customer a liar & gets aggressive on the phone.
Refuses a refund – for breaking a phone.
Overcharges and uses false advertising.
Popped in 4 times, to try and resolve. Owner never there.
Really should be reported to trading standards.
If I could give a zero star review I would. Charged PS120 for a screen repair over Christmas with an ill fitting screen and now a phone giving error messages. I have found the staff to be unresponsive to the issue and batting away the problem. Do not use!
