very dissapointed , my laptop was in the shop for about a year and a half i spent 200 pound on a new motherboard but the laptop still wasnt workng , it was taking to long so i asked to just take it away only to find out on google that all it needed was a 5 pound cmos battery that took 5 miniutes to replace , managed to do it myself ! not only did i loose all my memory and files but im now out of pocket 200 pound . cheers

Love being able to shop locally, especially when I get such great service . Bought a brand new lap top last week , delivered to my home and set up for considerably less than “special offer” price of well known national chain. Don’t assume that supporting a small business will be more expensive, plus you get the personal service lacking in the bigger retailers.

I’ve had a couple of laptops repaired recently and also purchased a new one. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s good to be able to talk to an expert when things go wrong, not just a salesperson.
