Today my Dyson suddenly stopped working and showed the error code F4 on display. And second thing I noticed there is all dust accumulated in the bottom on the ventilation holes in 2.5 weeks ???
THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM A BRAND LIKE DYSON. 300 POUNDS AND IT SUDDENLY STOPS WORKING???
Contacted Dyson customer support and they helped me register my device . And then they said they can arrange a pick up for repair . The pick up dates being after 7 days .
What do you expect the customer to do for so long ?
Also they said no alternate will be provided while the item is being repaired.
You got to be joking.
Brand new item 13 days old and it stops working?
And I told them I am a patient of heat anxiety issues and need a fan to survive . They said they can’t help with that . I will have to live without a fan till it’s repaired and sent back.
I just can’t believe the trouble I have had to face with such a renowned and reputable product.
I am shocked beyond words .
It’s 30 degrees plus in the apartment and Dyson has left me to die in the heat
The only and only reason I bought this cooling fan was all the reviews I read and in the London heat I needed something which helps with my anxiety.
10 days into buying the Dyson cooling tower :
Purchased the Dyson cooling tower 10 days ago ago but I’m quite disappointed
I thought it will be a very powerful fan and cool the room
Unfortunately I don’t see the difference between it and a 20 pound standing fan of an unknown brand
I don’t know if the item is defective or perfect but this is highly disappointing
My concern. Luckily there was another male staff who was very helpful and polite. He called the manager. I forgot to get his name. In the end I got my item replaced by the manager named Saifur. Thanks to him. Could’ve been a nice experience if only that rude employee wasn’t there. Zero customer service.
