Not sure what to say other than the staff are friendly but something isn’t right at that store? firstly I bought a sandwich toaster the other day from them, got it home and it was full of crumbs and grease like it had been used before and the hotplate had all burnt food on it? so I had to drive back in to town and get a refund for that and go to Argos to get one that was new as they had no stock in the Curry’s store.

Then today I thought I would pick up an iPad as they have them on offer, as the box was placed on the counter the box looked dirty and scruffy even though the seals were OK, but someone had stapled the docket with my collection details on to the front of the box, when I got the iPad home those staples had gone right through the box lid and packaging and chipped the glass screen?

No contact details for me to make a complaint to head office on the website either? pretty appalling and wont be going back in the store again, I would strongly avoid unless your after used, dirty and broken goods.

I came in a few months ago looking for a new laptop. I haven’t owned one for years and had no idea what I needed or what I was looking at. I spoke to guy called Josh who was very patient with my complete lack of understanding and many.. many questions. He was a genuine guy who wanted to actually understand what I needed to help find me the best fit. I left believing that I had the best value for what I wanted it for and genuinely learned a lot from the conversation we had.

After using the laptop now for a couple of months I can say that he was 100% spot on. I have exactly what I need. He’s a credit to your store!

They have some lovely stuff in there BUT its way way over priced as much as 50% more than Amazon. I only use them to see a product in the flesh and have a play with it before ordering it on Amazon or ebay. Another big thing for me is getting pestered by staff. I can guarantee that from the second i walk in I’ll be bombarded with every member of staff asking “are you alright there can i help at all” or they are desperate to up sell so i can only assume they are on commission but every couple of minutes, really! Im going to borrow Harry Potters Magic cloke next time.
