Huge shout out to Steven in Storm Ayr!!

I brought in my old Dell Laptop last week, which was on it’s last legs
and bought a reconditioned HP Elite Book, which has been fantastic.
The problem for Steven was that I needed all my Files, Pics and Bookmarks transferred from the Dell machine, plus Microsoft 365, which I had just purchased a couple of weeks ago, but given the state of the Dell, which was functioning at snail pace, it took Steven hours of work and great patience to complete a successful transfer and saved me weeks work doing it myself…….which I would have almost certainly failed to complete!
He was just great and so professional and I can’t thank him enough!!!!!!!!

In one word ‘Heroes’
I took my usb flash drive stick into the Storm guys last week which appeared to be done, dead, gone. With over 10 years worth of data on it, a mixture of personal and work stuff, I / we didn’t hold out much hope. But miraculously Gary and Steven worked miracles and managed to bring the wee thing back to life and saved ALL of my data. To say I am very lucky and very VERY grateful barely covers it.

Absolute life savers

The service was excellent. I was very pleased at how efficiently, patiently and professionally my problem was dealt with. I felt out of my depth but was looked after so well. My friend, who also had wonderful support from the company, recommended Storm to me.
I was also surprised at the cost as it was a lot less than I expected.
