I had been putting off getting a new PC for as long as possible, but I couldn’t squeeze any more updates on to my old computer, so had to take the plunge. After lots of research and help from a techie friend, I decided that Utopia Computers was the way to go – they had options to customise for what I needed plus future-proofing as much as possible, and at a competitive price. I am even happier with my decision to go with Utopia having now experienced first-hand their excellent Customer Support. I am not the most technical of their customers, I am sure (I know how I want my computer to perform, but wouldn’t be able to build one myself!) – they walked me through the whole process, generously making a few upgrades to make the system run better, and delivering what I think is the best PC I have ever worked on in over 20 years of image editing. I cannot recommend them highly enough – thank you to the Utopia Team, a great bunch of people delivering quality products and service.

Great customer support, when buying was easy to use the website, feedback and recommendations were great and helped me to buy. After receiving the build i am amazed at the quality of it, clean interior, nicely laid out. Additionally; the benefits that are provided for each customer far outweigh many retailers or other custom build companies on the market, which for me was the main reason for buying from Utopia. I asked during the build for them to send over photos of the process as well, which was really cool. I’m very happy with the overall experience and look forward to using Utopia again for any upgrades or beyond. Amazing service, all of them are very friendly and so helpful, especially Ryan and Robert. Very good communication, always replied very quickly and answered all my queries. They managed to sort out my perfect workstation which is currently running very well. Will be recommending to everyone I know!
