c.6 months ago I took a TV to be mended – report (see later). Today I had a problem with my laptop – after the service i received with the TV I had no hesitation of going back to Microcity – I was not disappointed – they identified the laptop issue – replaced the part and have got it fully operational again – great service – thank you guys.
First class service. Helpful and knowledgeable. Had a problem with a TV (no picture) fault was sorted and rectified and tested quickly and efficiently- would certainly go back again for any IT /technical help. Refreshing to know there are places like this around. Excellent service.
Always a brilliant experience and knowledgeable guys who work there. Been a few times and all problems have been resolved. Go above and beyond to fix whatever issues I (you) have. Would always go back if I need to. My issue was, even without a warranty, they remedied my charging port that had failed relatively soon. Very grateful for their professional, and prompt, help. 10/10
Called mid afternoon about getting a replacement screen for my Lenovo laptop. Gave me reasonable price range, took it in an hour later, offered to repair (at the bottom range of the range offered). Explained what exactly needed doing, took it apart in front of me to confirm, had the part and within 2 hours was fixed and working again. Thank you for the quick turnaround.
