Took my Samsung galaxy s20 plus for a replacement back today. I dropped it off in the morning and got it back the same day absolutely superb service, they even lent me a courtesy phone. I would recommend this place all day long now my phone looks brand new. No need to shop around in future I will definitely go back here again and I was more than happy with the price I paid.

The guy who runs this shop is an absolute legend, I’ve used him to fix my wife’s phone in the past and recently used him to sort mine out. He is always very friendly and was so lovely to my child who happened to be with me at the time. He offered her half a bag of chocolates which absolutely made her day! This guy really understands customer service and I’m happy to keep using him in the future.
Popped in a few weeks ago for a charging plug, screen protector and case for a Samsung A55. Great customer service, didn’t get a name but the man was very helpful and seemed to genuinely want to make sure I left happy. I would highly recommend using this shop.
