Bought a pen for the amazon fire wouldn’t work. so returned the faulty product girl said only credit or I’d have to come back for a manager. Thought that was odd but wasn’t about to have an argument with a teenager nor infant of my kids. Took a key board for the fire and a pair of head phone girl gave me a receipt got home and the keyboard wont connect to i pad android or fire. Took it back and told no as we had no recipt , looked closer at recipt and all that was on it was the head phones. They even tested a wireless key board from the window and it never worked either. Wouldn’t even exchange for a working one, the packaging and everything is there branding.

Needed an urgent replacement screen for my iPhone 6s Plus and went with the very good reviews I saw online for Uberphone in the Tower Centre in Ballymena.
I wasn’t disappointed with my choice.
Carmena was working on her own that day and despite other jobs took the phone and had it ready earlier than expected.
She did a great, professional job and I would have no problem recommending this Uberphone store in future.

Went in this morning after picking up an item froom boots , had an small issue with my S8 thats got sorted very quickly , I didn’t get the chaps name but he was very helpful and professional , would use this shop again so pleased with the service this morning 100% satisfied with this service.
