Wouldn’t recommend Phone Fix. Broke the screen on my phone, but it was working fine. Brought it into Phone Fix on a Tuesday, they fixed the phone but was now freezing and ghosting and volume wasn’t working, it wasn’t doing this before. Left it back in the next day, they then got the volume working but the phone was still freezing and was clicking onto things I wasn’t, the phone was basically doing things it self. They then said that they needed to put a
new screen on they the phone but the screen was in newry. So went to Newry Phone Fix they said it was working fine, and the phone was still working and clicking into apps it’s self (everytime they said it was fine there was always an issue). The man said he would have a look at it, came back the next day to collect it, told me it was fine and of course it wasn’t (also when I went to pick up phone the sim wasn’t even in it had to ask for it)!!. So I just took it with me because I was waiting for 3 days and I felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. Overall they basically fixed the screen but now my phone isn’t working properly so they basically made it worse. The staff in banbridge were helpful, the staff in newry didn’t really know what to do with my phone. The man was just happy to give it to me even though it wasn’t woking right- very shocking! , and paid PS120 for this. Very annoyed and disappointed!!! as I now have to go and get my phonie fixed. It was working better with the broken screen.

The phone number on the shop front & online is incorrect and no longer in use. The opening hours on the shop & online are also wrong. The shop appears to be closed by 4pm each day.

Took a phone in on a Saturday needing a screen replacement. The guy behind the till was on the phone but quickly paused his conversation to say to “come back after 5”, so I left and returned at 5.05pm. The shop was closed.

All week we had to check back to see if it was ready, only to be told “tomorrow” each day. On Wednesday we were told that the reply screen had not yet arrived, so to wait longer. Finally, a week later, it was ready; though they made no effort to contact us to say it was ready.

The shop is not well lit and we were in a rush, so quickly paid and left. My partner then found, once home, that the back of the phone is all cracked and broken. When the phone was left in to the shop, there was zero damage to the back of the phone, only the cracked screen that now stopped the screen from working.

The shop staff weren’t the most helpful and we were sure that we’d get palmed off if we returned to complain. PS85 this ordeal cost us. Go literally anywhere else.

DO NOT! Go to this place. They took my Ninentdo Switch for a week to change the battery. Told me be ready the Saturday and I went to pick it up on the Monday after 4. Still “wasn’t ready” and said to come back at 5.30pm. When I went back he just took it out of the cupboard in front of him. So it had just been sitting there the entire time I could tell. Said to take it home and charge and I said yeah I wasn’t paying until I knew it was working.
When I got home I realised it hadn’t even been opened at all. The screws were the exact same and they had just kept it for week and did nothing with it. Dodgy people so stay away. Thankfully I didn’t pay.
