Called to get my laptop repaired and find out what the issue was and needed it done asap, Ian gave a great customer experience figuring out the issue over the phone and getting the parts needed ordered in immediately and then getting the laptop fixed very quickly at a very affordable price. Only took a couple days to get everything and get the laptop fixed and was kept up to date at every step by Ian so was never left in the dark. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing to get their laptop fixed to go here.
Gave Ian a call said my Laptop although 6 years old and new at the time, was slower than my daughters old Laptop, Ian gave me his opinion what needed doing and a fixed price at the start, Ian worked his magic and I have a new laptop faster than its ever been, great service great communication and for once an outstanding service, will be going to Ian again if other issues arise.
Ian was so quick with helping me getting into my old laptop! i forgot the password and didn’t want to lose my files so he helped me remove the password in under 2.5 hours. I was also able to buy a laptop charger from him. second time working with Ian and I would defo recommend him! he’s really nice and good prices too
