If I could give zero stars I would. Wanted 40 pounds to replace my charging point for my phone, happy with that so left it with them, said it would be an hour. Popped back 5 mins later to ask when they shut and it was charging so I assume just dirt in the charger and they still wanted 40 pounds saying they had taken the phone apart and replaced the part. No way this was possible in 5 mins so said I will give them 20 for getting it going, not a bad price to blow dirt out but they insisted they had replaced it and brought out a broken silver charging point, my charger is black. Got angry and threw the old broken part across the shop. Said it 20 or nothing which I think is very fair.
They are fraudulent and try to intimidate. I would not recommend them at all for anything.

I repaired my mobile phone three times in the repair shop in Basingstoke. I am amazed by the gentleness, support and willingness to help in multiple problems I had with the phone. Yesterday it was an issue with broken mobile port when I needed to attend a very important Conference via Zoom. I needed my mobile’s hot spot to connect internet to my laptop. The man repairing impressed me taking less money that I expected to pay. I am very grateful for his reliability and kindness. Great service, indeed.

Went into Mobile Masters today 29/06/23, to get my smashed phone screen replaced.
Friendly greeting as I walked through the door, explained what I needed he gave me a very reasonable price for new screen and screen protector and was all sorted within 1.5hrs which gave me time to have some breakfast and have a mooch around Basingstoke.
Highly recommend!!!!
Can’t fault the service and would use again if I need a screen replaced.
