Amazing experience at iBroke my Gadget from Bill in February 2024. A friend of mine spilt an entire glass of wine over my 2023 Macbook which needless to say was a bit of a tragedy and Apple were quoting an inordinate amount to fix it (those in the know understand Apple repair prices are excessive). They did a full diagnostic and were able to replace the keyboard for a very reasonable PS220. There was additional screen damage which we talked about extensively and I decided to not get that fixed immediately and see if I can just live with it. I really appreciated not being forced into additional repairs because some places can be really pushy about these things. I just got the sense he’s a genuinely decent guy and let me decide which was appreciated. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to those who live locally.

Incredible experience at iBroke my Gadget Basingstoke from Bill – Every other repair place in Festival Place / The Malls had said that an (admittedly evil) stripped screw on a laptop was either impossibly broken or would require overnight effort. Bill understood the problem and was up for a challenge. An hour later I got a call to say he had it out with no damage to the device and at a very sensible price. I’d recommend Bill and the company highly to all!

Always a five star service at I Broke My Gadget. I brought my laptop in for a tune up and not only was it done within a couple of days, the price was so much less than I thought it would be. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and I’m so thankful the shop is there. I’m a repeat customer and I Broke My Gadget has saved the day many times! Totally recommended.
