Was told he had the back casing of my phone stocked (in black), when I arrived he only had silver. I urgently needed my phone, and the trip was 40-mins one way, so agreed. Back at home, realised the front camera wasnt working, had to go back a few days later for him to redo it (he said he forgort to push the camera back into place). When I removed the bands holding in place there was glue seeping out of the edges.

Just a few months later – look at the state of my phone with the back casing coming off. It’s stopped working properly too. This wasn’t cheap – I’d avoid.

Took my laptop in, which wouldn’t start, and my Iphone in because the charger port was broken. Ricky was lovely. He explained the different options to me with clear pricing laid out from the start. He had both my laptop and my phone fixed within 4 hours and even threw in a free screen protector to keep my phone looking shiny and new (after he’d polished it to perfection!). Took my water damaged phone thinking it was completely gone and these guys fixed it within an hour absolutely no problem at all. Incredibly well priced and amazing service. Could not recommend more and will certainly be coming back for any future repairs!
