Have used this branch for years, have always found the staff to be helpful e.g. laptop they’ve fixed things for me no problem. A few months ago bought a new phone at this branch, they set it up for me, thanks Emily (& Paul) and all well until recently a big software update and things went a bit wonky. Went into the branch at the weekend and they sorted it. This time it was Paul, the whole thing was quite involved and he persevered until it was done – above and beyond the call of duty.

Sure there are other options out there but credit where credit’s due, have always found their prices to be competitive, they set up laptops and phones, and help if you’ve any bother. Wouldn’t go past them. Cameron used to be there on the tech help side (fixed my laptop a while back) but other helpful staff still currently in the branch Emily, John, Graeme. Anyway thanks go this time to Paul – top job Sir!

Currys Hamilton, a really good experience following a laptop repair… Back today, fully working, got a text Monday to advise it was due in, plus a phone call today, Tuesday, from the branch to confirm this was the case. Collection was very quick and easy this afternoon, with a helpful note on what had been done. Call out to John who took the laptop in last week and explained everything exactly as it turned out!

Horrible experience at Curry’s, staff extremely rude to customers, absolutely no consideration for peoples feelings, nasty employee kicked buying customers out the shop without an explanation. Used the words “This isn’t a community centre” to make the customers feel inferior whilst also hinting at ageism. Definitely won’t be coming back to this shop. Just lost customers.
