DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS SHOP. No empathy when it comes to returns after 2days! I bought a used laptop for my mum who was recently admitted to kings with a brain tumour. I wanted to get her something she could watch films on to keep her entertained after her first surgery waiting for her second. I went in and explained my situation and walked away with a HP for PS135. Nothing fancy but was excited to give my mum her first laptop.After giving it to her two days in she’s complaining the light hurts her eyes and she can’t remember how to use it (the brain tumour affects her with memory loss and headaches) Realising she’s unable to use it and with everything happening so fast with her diagnosis and then emergency operation I was hoping to receive a refund as I’m taking time off work to be her primary carer and my outgoings have suddenly doubled to purchase anything she needs while in hospital. I explained everything expecting some sort of empathy and understanding but after the guy in the shop spoke to his boss they wouldn’t even agree to a partial refund. I just think he could have found it in his heart to be understanding at such a stressful time. I returned the laptop basically unused in the exact conditions I bought it a few days prior. So to finish off there’s nothing wrong with their products but definitely something wrong with their values and morals. And I hope people won’t support a business that has no heart.

Agree with all the 1-star reviews, avoid this shop like the plague! My laptop was recently stolen and tracked to this shop for 10-days after monitoring the tracker. I shared all data and information with the police who visited twice but were fobbed off by the shop, as unfortunately police cannot directly search for the laptop as a warrant is required. Of course, almost immediately after the police visited the tracker on my laptop was untrackable. Go figure. I subsequently called the shop directly and was threatened that the owner ‘would deal with me’ and then hung up on me. I know they didn’t actually steal the laptop, but it appears they accept stolen goods to resell, so I’d suggest you find a device somewhere else, or it could come back to haunt you in the future. Hopefully it won’t be too long for more complaints and poor reviews to put this untrustworthy, dodgy business out of business, every poor review and police visit helps to build a case to prosecute these gangsters.

I never leave reviews but I would recommend everyone to avoid this place. I came in for a screen replacement which lasted me a month and after that the screen was broken again. The owner of the shop refused to replace the screen again because it wasn’t covered by the warranty. The screen literally lasted 1 month. I left and took it to another shop recently. I haven’t been able to use my laptop for many months now (mainly because I didn’t want to get scammed like I did in this place). The laptop has been opened by another professional and he sent me this. Apparently they put a lot of epoxy glue everywhere inside damaging some internal pieces…. I now have to pay for the screen replacement, the chassis, and the internal piece that was damaged by the guy working in this place.

Do avoid this place if you need a screen replacement.
