We were sold a phone that had been blacklisted. They were nice in addressing the issue and provided a full return. however, when we wanted to sell an additional phone to them, they initially quoted a higher price compared to other retailers. However, upon showing the phone, they revised the offered amount to the lowest end. This inconsistency in communication and pricing has led to a loss of trust in this place.
Took my laptop in for repair which they said would be one hour. They couldn’t fix it and broke the hinges while attempting to have a look inside. Then denied doing it. Absolute shambles.
My advice: go and see Tousif at Tech Lid – he couldn’t save my laptop but gave me good advice and I ended buying a laptop from him which I’m very happy with
Broke my husbands laptop and denied it. They broke the hinges so it can’t be used at all. Joke place, avoid at all costs
