Called into fonehouse yesterday as my phone was not charging and had gone completely flat, after I had dropped it. Spoke to a guy called Daniel who knew the make and model just by looking at it. He took my phone and informed me that the charging port did not need replaced and explained that a connection (ribbon) at the back just needed revived. He done this by rubbing the phone. Put it on charge and the phone was fixed! I told him I had tried a charging station which did not work and he was able to tell me that my model of phone does not support the wireless charger! So knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Daniel!
Went to Fonehouse at the Kennedy Centre the other day to get my screen protector replaced as I had cracked mine, this lovely fella named Jack helped me out and got it sorted quick and easy. He was very friendly, answered all my questions and helped me pick out a good one for my phone. 10/10 service, to anyone looking stuff for their devices, would absolutely recommend chatting to this guy.
I went to the store and was greeted by Dan, he was very polite and knowledgeable, he helped me resolve an issue I was having opening PDF files from my place of work. He was very quick and explained everything on a way that I would understand. Great store and a great team they have. Thanks again Dan
