So I had a p20 pro for years and I didn’t want to part with it. I payed 100 in October for a new screen, got the phone back was jumping and screen was lagging. Never did anything about it. Then I dropped it again and paid another 100 to get the screen fixed when I got it back the same things happened. Then one day the screen just went black and stopped working. So I phoned them and he fixed it for me. BUT when I got it back the fingerprint and home button never worked again. It was loose. Yesterday I called to say the loose home button had cause the LCD on my phone to smash when I tried to get it back into place. I was told that the last time was a “goodwill gesture” when he replaced the screen that THEY didn’t repair correctly. And there was nothing he would be doing for me but I can bring it in Monday to Pay for a new screen. There is a massive sign outside the window saying that all their repairs come with a 12 month guarantee… it’s false advertising as I was told on the phone that its only for Samsung products lol
I was a good customer and sepmt over 250 pound in this shop since october. I am disgusted and will be reporting the fake signage which clearly isn’t worth the sign it written on! Money is too hard earned these days so save yourself and avoid this place.

Stay clear off this phone shop they told me when fixing my Samsung s21 I was getting a charger port real Samsung part so what did they do put a cheap Samsung part in my phone that wasn’t getting a signal I went bk twice asking for the phone to be fix still wouldn’t fix it so I went to a deff mobile shop in Dundonald phone work frist time they charged me 45 to fix it and 60 in the order shop that’s what I get for trying to do it cheaper stay away from this shop people they stoke you
couldn’t ask for any more, what a lovely gentleman who helped me and not a single problem encountered thereafter.
phone was repaired and looked after promptly and proffecionally.
