Phone this shop to see if they had the phone I wanted they said they didn’t but they checked the castle court store they had them so the guy on the phone said he would get in touch with them and put it on hold for me at the castle court store so I went up there from Bangor as the Bangor store and the ARDS store had been out of stock for a week now when I arrived at castle court the guy said they didn’t have any in stock and didnt have one on hold for anyone so I went round to castle lane spoke to the guy at the front he went and checked the stock said they had one so started the upgrade about 5 minutes in he said they didnt have them in stock so would have to order one !! After all that I had to come away without the phone again and had traveled all the way to Belfast from Bangor!
Placed an iPad Air order on April 28th at the store and Apple new generation of iPads got launched in May so had to cancel the order to get the new model. The representative at the store told to wait it out and the order will be cancelled automatically. Got a text from O2 that the order timed out on May 13th as I didn’t pick up the device and the refund will be issued shortly.
It’s July already and I still haven’t received the REFUND!!! Went to the Castle Lane store in June where I placed the order regarding this issue and the personnel who attended me wasn’t of much help. Extremely frustrated with O2 services

I was dealing with Brooke! Both me and my mum were not happy. She wasn’t very helpful once she got the sale out. When I was transferring my stuff over to my new phone she kept sighing! I then went back in because I had to transfer my number and she just said call o2 and wasn’t very helpful after that!! The fact the whole experience has not been a good one it has taken me 2.5 hours on the phone to get through to someone who could help me due to the language barrier between the people on the phone and ourselves. I hope this gets acknowledged
