Wish I’d read reviews from CW and Mary Pinkney earlier. So called engineer “rude and condescending” wasted an hour attempting to get my new printer to air print from my iPad at the end of which having charged PS80 he informed me that people only buy iPads to watch films and I should have bought a laptop. He also informed me my printer and IPad were incompatible. The following day a competent engineer from another company fixed the problem in 15 minutes and charged me PS40. I twice messaged the PC Home Repairs and have received no response.
Awful awful service, stay away Vince Lennon is rude and condescending. Save yourself the hassle and use anyone other than him.
