Would not recommend. Having to take the company to court due to taking a 2 tb harddrive out and replacing it with 240 BECAUSE HE SAID I WASNT USING THE STORAGE! WOW. not being tech savvy I had no idea what this involved until months later. Now I do. Off to court.. UPDATE. Court agreed they had no right to remove the 2tb and not offer me the same. Ben made the decision for me. That’s not right. They are not bad people but should consider the customer considerably more.
My laptop had been dead for 2 years-took it to Ben & in a couple of days Ben phoned me to say he had found the problems & it was fixed.It was better-faster & smoother than ever. VERY Reasonable prices, Nice guy, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank You Ben….
I bought a refurbished laptop from them four years past and it still does the business even after standing up to a degree course and multiple zoom chats, I recommend them with no reservation.
