Only given one star because I can’t give zero! Or under. Avoid at all cost. Asked if they could repair a cracked screen, was told it would be PS35 and to come back in 40 minutes. When I went back the man had not even started it! I should have left then, but I waited for about another 50 minutes, in this time he was serving about three other people, when he shoved the phone in my hand he continued to talk to other people, I asked if I could pay as I was in a rush. I paid by card, and he just ignored me, so I asked for a receipt. Thank god I did because it has signes up high so you would probably not see then stating if you don’t have a receipt they will not do anything. I checked the phone came on, and it did, it was not my phone so I did not check the finger recognition button, but when I got home we found out this did not work. I called the shop and explained and then went back. I then stood in the shop for nearly another hour to be told that it probably did not work when I took it in! I only took it in for a cracked screen, everything was working. I was then told I had to leave it overnight because there top technician would be in tomorrow Monday. I called Monday as they had not called like promised and told to give them another hour. When I went back they told me it would have to stay another night. Long and short of it, we now have a phone that does not work at all, I have been given a refund but now without a phone. The phone was working perfectly when it went in, they said it was my problem it did not work as it probably didn’t work when I took it in. What a joke, very rude and don’t care. Very poor service. Please avoid, as I was not the only people moaning while I was in there.

I smashed my iPhone front screen and the back glass panel as well! Phone Touch replaced both panels in one hour for a total cost of PS70.00 – amazing! Everywhere else wanted PS60 just for the front!!!!!!!! The phones looks brand new and I am absolutely delighted.

Visited to get advise on my phone as broken flip phone. ALI was so helpful and my phone couldn’t be repaired. Bought a phone and he literally spent 3 hours sorting it out for me. He got all my apps and my outlook all files. Will always go here now for advise and repairs. Amazing frienly service.
