Don’t bother taking ur game drive here they tryed too scam me today and even cash converters aggred there was doing the same exact thing why on earth offer less for one when it is made for both ps4 and ps5 and not only ps4 console which is I know myself a way off scam !!!! My opinion go too a better store or sell it on Vinted
Avoid even more visted this dump shop today and the person who served me was rude as heck and made the excuse that the discs where scratched when I been too Bedfords store they don’t care only if the discs are fully working never coming back too this dump shop ever again !!!!
Including I managed too sell it too Cambridge so clearly staff here are too ill mannered too customers !!!

Very slow I used drop and go to sell a phone and had to visit again to chase up what was happening it was down graded I said fine staff member said I’ll send it to payment three days later I’m asking again as no email or info was told exactly the same again about down grade and do I except lower amount I said yes and had already agreed so two visits to the shop and four emails in total 8 days from dropping off at the shop I finally received my money very slow and I’ve used cex for years to both buy and sell after that performance I’m unlikely to be using you again

I purchased a phone from here and it was faulty and clearly don’t test items properly and speaker didn’t work . Very unhelpful staff , no interest in helping to sort the issue and struggled to get a refund. Won’t ever buy from here again and would urge others to avoid too
