Had a problem with my laptop, it’s a few years old and had got very slow. Popped in to Village IT while I was shopping a Petculiar for my hound and asked for advice. Ben was very friendly and helpful and advised that he could sort it out with a couple of replacement parts for around PS150. I was looking at a replacement for PS800 so this seemed a better option. Dropped off laptop and it was returned bang on time and price; I was a bit dubious as to if it would do the trick but laptop is as good as new, goes like a little train! Well pleased.

My laptop stopped powering up and so after doing some research on local tech repair companies, I came across Village IT & Technology services.
I filled out a form describing the issues I was experiencing via the company website and Ben responded quickly and arranged to come and collect my device. After a few days, the faulty parts had been replaced and my laptop was back and up and running again.
It was a fast turn around and I was kept informed through out the repair service. I would not hesitate to use this company again, thankyou Ben!

We had Ben from Village IT & Tech install our new Starlink satellite. He was on time, polite and genuinely an all round great bloke.
Nothing was too much trouble. He took his time and didn’t rush the job. Gave us some great technical tips and tricks when it comes to Starlink.
