My and my friend has yesterday to buy a phone and I did have sock how unprofessional and rooted the person in the phone department was.
So they refused to sell the product being obsessed with previous customer problems seeing that they could help because he had too much information, same time screaming at me, my friends have spoken problems due to COVID and regarding that, they say with their hands that it is “not nice to speak Roth to anybody”.Then I went to the manager to explain the situation him following me and screaming, insulting me for not any reason in same time when I try to explain the Meneger situation.
Menger didn’t make any reach, to stop that or help as!
Never have situation like that in special with people with special needs.
Shame and completely unacceptable Currys Roverside’s phone department team!

What a fine advert for Currys the TV expert turned out to be……..Not. Sporting two bandaged legs which had, no doubt, got him in hot water before, he clearly had not been to charm school and didn’t seem sensitive to the fact that I didn’t need his help. In fact , after a few brief exchanges, in which he was obviously trying to score points like an Olympic athlete, he sarcastically suggested I buy my new TV from AO. You know what, I will. Times must be hard in retail, with clowns like this it’s not surprising.
Purchased a LG tv for home delivery and wall mount in store everything went smoothly until the day of delivery when the tv just got delivered not wall mounted. When back to store to explain the situation and the store manager went above and beyond to fix the problem and get my tv wall mounted virtual the next day. Real serious customer service and other curry’s store needs to take note.
