Took 2 phones in the have the screens replaced which was done but the owner of here caused damage to the battery to one of the phones refused to fix what he damage and refused to refund me also refused another customer a receipt while in the shop as they heard the issues I was having now I’m 130 pound out of pocket and still have yo pay to have the damage he caused to the phone fixed.
Replying to the message yes I refused for you to fix the phone because I was not willing to let you damage that phone further. I told you I had been informed there was a pressure point on the screen which you said it wasn’t it was the battery had touched the screen and burnt it I never asked for a refund for both phone just the one you damaged more and to refuse the refund and also refusing recipient for the payment for the screen replacement which is actually against tranding standard Policy to provide recipient for purchase.

But if anyone wants their phones or electronic devices damaged more then feel free to attend this shop but after the Customer service provided I wouldn’t even pay some one to take item there absolute disgrace treating customers the way he does and also I’ve been told off multiple people about the damage he has caused which has now been reported to trading standard and is being looked into further!!!!

EDIT: Since the owner of this “fine” establishment is resorting to outright dishonesty I’m dropping the review to one star. I have definitely not mistaken their shop for another one as I went no less than SIX times to see how my phone was progressing, pretty much an entire week for something they told me would be “one or two days max”.
Like many other shops of this nature, they’re only really happy doing the odd screen repair or selling you overpriced plastic tat for your phone, but any repair beyond the most simple of fixes and they balk and make up excuses. Avoid at all costs.

Fixed one issue with my phone but caused another and left it with cosmetic damage. You get what you pay for, next time I’ll just fork out extra and send my phone to the manufacturer. At least they won’t leave my phone looking like it’s been dropped in glue

When my trusty iPhone 6 Plus took water damage I bought a refurb 7 plus which was very good value The problem was that the old phone wouldn’t give up the full info for the transfer easily and he spent a lot of time sorting it out for me. Eventually the transfer of data was complete -it would have been impossible for me to do it. So thank you so much.
