Had to wait 40 minutes to get controller tested at CEX for them to say that the hand grips had bubbled up a little bit. Took the controller at Tyne Bargains and within 5 minutes got money from them. Why couldn’t cex not just say no when they seen the controller instead of having me waiting for 40 minutes for them to decide? The guy at Tyne Bargains was laughing when I told him. Always go to Tyne Bargains for genuine sales. People are either having a good day or a bad day at cex and it spoils the custom. Controller works perfectly fine with all the panels, charger and box. Unfortunately I went when some staff members were having a bad day.

Love getting robbed by this shop gives you less than half price for cash and then sell for over double… trade in price not too bad but if you don’t wanna spend it in the shop the cash price is terrible…edit the shop has gotten worse ….so just gotta new thing with them now tried to sell them ps4 for them to tell me it doesn’t boot up, so I take it home and plug it in and guess what? Works perfectly and the little numbnutt with long blonde hair!! ehh your pad has stick drift and it’s not got original charger cable…..who has the original cables for their pads they’re tiny, have to sit in front of console to use them

I visited this particular store as opposed to my regular one merely because they had an item in stock that I desperately wanted.

So, while I visited South Shields for the first time, I was in an unfamiliar place. Thankfully the store was easy to locate, with a welcoming open plan, clean and fresh with cool air being cycled through.

On top of that, the staff member I spoke with was very pleasant and even offered information about the local area as well, suggesting I might take a walk down the river.
