Very negative experience. I stood there for 15 minutes with one sales assistant who was sorting the items, only for the other sales assistant (who was stood by his side the whole time) to tell him 15 minutes later that he couldn’t buy the item because he already had to many? And wouldn’t purchase unless the sale rate was high. Why waste people’s time like that? Educate the entire staff to know this information. He was also very rude, didn’t acknowledge me at all and just spoke like I wasn’t there. Second negative experience in this shop, won’t try again
Adam, Matt and the team were really helpful in helping with my Garmin watch, which I took in under the CEX 2 year warranty (the screen had stopped working). They arranged for a replacement to be sent out. The staff are all friendly and approachable, and seem really knowledgeable. Thanks for your help!
Fast friendly and efficient, I like the staff here as they’re quite nice compared to other stores I’ve been too. They all seem quite happy as a team.
I also tried drop off and go for the first time and it worked really well, so easy and no need to go back to the store either!
