I love CeX stores, especially the one in the metro centre cuz gee willickers, look at those dodgy DanTDM looking ladies but I beg that you put the Scooby-Doo! movies and TV shows together, you’re killing me when three copies of Scooby-Doo! Legend of the Phantosaur are all spaced apart then a further four copies of Scooby-Doo! Pirates Ahoy are exactly the same, I don’t care if you organise them by date or not, just put all the Scooby-Doo! media together. I have a small Scooby-Doo collection, it sits on a shelf lined up and is organised by date, so seeing a shelf with the Scooby-Do! movies being spaced apart hurts! You can put the Rio and Rango copies together just fine, why not the Scooby-Doo stuff?! You’re breaking my heart for an extremely petty reason, CeX.

This is such a good shop. The staff are always happy and ready to help and so very patient, even with people who try to sell broken things to the shop. I watched one member of staff tactfully explain that they could t accept a play station 4 because it was non functional. They so patiently listened to the seller explain that it was an easy fix if they were handy. I would have become agitated, but they were polite. The products are always in good condition, they test everything a d are able to a set a questions. Everything comes with a guarantee. Very good.

A company and store I’ve used for a long time but as the years go by prices have risen and trading in quotes have fallen. It’s very easy to feel you’re being ripped off when parting with goods here, especially when you compare it to how much they sell it for. It’s convenient, service has always been decent and SOME products can be had for reasonable prices, especially if you trade your old products towards them for in-store credit rather than cash. Just use caution, as it’s very likely you could give a better deal elsewhere when both buying and selling.
