I called Paul early afternoon after our washing machine door locked closed, with clothes inside. He arrived a couple of hours later, assessed what had happened (door handle had broken), manged to open door by opening up the top. He said he’d need to order a new handle and come back to fix. As promised he arrived next day and replaced handle. Whilst here I asked about our dishwasher, which also wasn’t working, which he fixed whilst here. Can’t recommend Paul, highly enough, great service and much quicker and cheaper than other quotes I’d been given
