WARNING STAY AWAY!! the man who owns and runs this business is highly unprofessional. After I suggested my Wife gets her IPad fixed from here he then proceeded to not answer any of her technical questions and instead asked personal questions about what school she went, how old she was, if she wanted to go on dates, demanding her social media accounts. He made unwanted advances and tried to pressure her into giving him her social media account names. After she refused he still went and found and followed her anyway. He has on numerous accounts tried flirtatious behaviour and avoiding any questions regarding fixing the IPad. When she asked if he was the owner and was not happy with the unprofessionalism he proceeded to use anti Semitic insults calling her a Jew and deleting all messages, he also threatened her saying “I know who you are”. When I rang to tell him this behaviour was unacceptable he pretended it had been someone else speaking (even though he’s the only one who answers the phone) , that it was not him. Just more lies from him, after telling him I have evidence he proceeded to say do what you want and tried to downplay his actions as not doing anything wrong. Please do not let this man have your business or hard earned money as he is a disgusting human being, racist and potentially dangerous to female customers !

In Jan of this year I took my macbook in to be repaired as the screen was broken. I asked them to fit an official Apple screen, and paid PS459.99. They even upsold me a clean.

After 2 weeks i reported to them that there was a purple pixel on the screen, after another two weeks messaged them to say that some of the light reactive functions were missing from the screen, and the camera had stopped working and asked them to confirm it was a genuine apple part – which they confirmed.

The screen continued to malfunction so i took it to an apple store – they told me that the screen was not real and that they could not help me with it.

i messaged WeFixAnything again and they confirmed that they fitted a fake screen – but that they would replace it for me if i came in. They then stopped answering my messages.

Most recently they have said that i am outside of my warranty and that the laptop was probably faulty.

I have all of the messages saved down from these interactions.

These guys are obviously selling fake apple parts for profit.
