Fire risk! Risk to life and potential death! Do not use this company.

My Yamaha AS2200 went in for repair for faulty UV meters. It came back with the same fault. I sent it back for a second time and it returned with functioning VU meters but they had damaged the front panel and switches! On the third return for which they made me wait almost 6 months, they replaced the parts they damaged only to go and leave electrical components loose for a potential short circuit and fire. I am writing this here so incase my house burns down in the coming days, everyone knows it was due to careless of EandM.co.

Avoid using this company for the safety of yourself and loved ones.

We have a line 6 HX effects unit that has failed. A conversation later we know how to move forward. The guy on the phone was very informative. He explained as the unit was working and all of the scribble scripts were back lit, but none of them working, it was possible the cable ribben.

We took the item apart and they were right, we got it up and running in no time.
