Used the shop last week after shattering the screen on my S20. Losing touch screen functionality.
They didn’t have the replacement part in however orderd this for next day delivery. Just over 24 hours and I had my phone back in working order.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and honest and quoted me a better price than nearby services
Went somewhere else earlier in the year for a screen replacement (not genuine) and it began draining the battery much quicker, took it here and they replaced with a genuine screen and the battery is back to normal use, much better and would use again, a bit more pricey but worth it for the functionality and better experience.
Great fast track course, like these guys, Phil is a polite, knowledgeable, patient instructor. No problems with parking, timekeeping, equipment. Overall a great experience. I’ll be using them for trade supplies and knowledge. Time to put the knowledge to use!
