OK but West Bromwich and Bham are just better all round. Its best to think of a plan b if they offer low prices. Also bring all components as fines for missing parts can waste your time and effort.

I agree that the team is dedicated but there was too much passive aggressiveness from the young man where I didn’t feel he offered me a chance to come back and redeem a full price. Also the queue system is poor.. definitely in comparison to the other stores.. they almost have the demeanour of passport control but this is shop (fun and alternative as it may be) is hardly on the same level.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CEX!
I attended the store today to trade in my Ipad and Kil (think that was her name) quoted me PS82.70 and I said I will come back. I went to the car to get my ID and went back to the store. Kil was busy talking to another colleague and Matt served me said they can take it for PS73. I said that is incorrect and Kil just quoted me PS82.70. Matt said that is the price and Matt was stood there when Kil quoted the price. Kil refused to speak to me and did not even correct his colleague. It is very poor customer service, absolutely beyond unacceptable.

I bought a game about 2 months ago and never opened it till now. Put it in my console and it said the disc is damaged or dirty. Went back to the shop to get a swap for another disc but because I didn’t have my receipt(from 2 months ago!) they couldn’t do anything so I am stuck with the damaged product. I know having the receipt is important but selling a game that works should be of utmost importance to you guys. I’ve bought games from the shop before and had no problems but this one just made no sense to me. Receipts get lost. Everyone knows this
