Disgusting money grabbers.

They make false promises about how much they’ll pay you for your old phone but once you send it to them they tell you its worth 50p and they can’t pay put anything under PS5.

If you want your phone back, you have to pay for postage. That’s in addition to the postage you have to pay to send your phone to them. Avoid.

If you’re buying a refurbished phone from them please know they were likely sent it by someone expecting to be paid for it who wasn’t. They essentially steal phones, do them up and sell them on. Grimy.

Very poor customer service. I have bought a phone which was supposed to be in “very good conditions” and clearly wasn’t (it displayed heavy signs of usage).
After posting it back, complaining and asking for a replacement, I was told that the item was in “very good conditions” despite the fact this was not true.
I was also offered with the option to purchase another item supposedly in better conditions but, when enquired about this option, the phone was no longer available.
Overall a bad experience, so I would not recommend it I am afraid.

I purchased a refurbished Iphone 11 from the Big Phone Store, on receiving it and turning on, straight away, I SAW A MESSAGE SAYING INCORRECT PARTS FITTED, please take to an Apple store for correct fitting or replacement. I did return and got a full refund but no P&P because they say NO FAULT was found. Really TURN IT ON it’s there on the start up screen. They also say it comes with 80% battery, but cannot check this as it’s not an Apple battery. POOR REALLY POOR, I should have bought from the Ioutlet, never have problems with them.
