My elderly neighbour brought in her tablet. For weeks she called, said they were waiting on a part. She tried to go in and take it back and they wouldn’t give it to her. They told her it would cost PS85 when the new battery came in. She had to leave empty handed. She called this morning telling the man that I would be picking it up today and giving my description and he hung up on her. I went in and he pretended he didn’t have a tablet from her for five minutes claiming he didn’t know what I was talking about. It wasn’t until I announced that he had hung up on her that he “remembered” he then claimed it had been “sent to the lab” in Brighton. Still broken, PS20. I was angry and should’ve asked for proof of it being sent off and the tests they claim they ran but I just paid and left. THE MAN NEXT DOOR IN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS IS INCREDIBLY SMART AND HONEST, GO THERE!

Amin was so helpful today when my friend had lost the talking on his phone. In next to no time the problem was solved and we were able to carry on our journey home.

Had a problem with my phone, made an appointment with the guy, within 3hrs I was notified of the problem and was told it would be fixed by tomorrow. Was half the price of what apple told me it would cost, so that’s great, and it got fixed instantly.
