After suffering with an end of life 13 year old desk top for over a year and many let downs by so called friends and a more local PC shop, I found PC Repairs where things couldn’tve been better, being completely PC unsavvy and nervous about anything new Ian informed me about and provided a new desk top. Transfer of data between machines (50000+ photos alone) was done and then James come to do the install where he talked me through the minors to get me going. Had a minor fault the following week (which turned out to be down to me anyway) but Ian spoke me through the problem which was quickly solved. Will definitely be using again if needs be.

I contacted PC Repair House as I was having issues with a very slow desktop PC – for a small fee, they collected the unit from my home, diagnosed the issues, replaced the degraded hard drive with a new SSD, and hugely improved the running of the machine. They brought the unit back, re-installed it and made sure it was set up and working. I was very impressed with their helpfulness over the phone and the politeness and professionalism of the visiting repair operative – would recommend.
