The next week I went back into this store and I was looking for a TV to buy and found that the 55 inch TVs that I was looking for were so far above my head that I could not even read the tags. To see which TV was which or what the information was about it. No one asked to help me even though one of the employees was standing about 6 ft from me playing on his phone. I asked for the manager and told him the difficulty I was having even telling what TV was what because the price tags were so far above a person’s head. So he assigned me a person who took me back to the TVs and he could not read the signs either or tell me anything about the TVs because he didn’t know which one was which. I turned around and walked out of the store after telling the young gentleman that they need to get their act together. From my two visits to Best buy over the last couple weeks I do not recommend them to anyone.
The person on the phone (last week) confirmed that the appointment was at 10 am, not 9am. Which was not true. When we arrived you said you could no longer honor the appointment time your phone person gave us. Because of her misinformation, we would have had to wait 2 more weeks.
That is horrible. Do yo have any idea how hard I had to work for the money for the stereo? I had to have Ramen or peanut butter and jelly meals for weeks at a part time job in the hot sun. No music to endure my drives to and from work just make it more miserable.
Waiting 2 more weeks because your phone person screwed up. I already waited 6 weeks. That’s horrible. You should take some accountability.
As is I had to pay 30 bucks in gas to go to another best by in another state and inconvenience someone else out of their time to dive my vehicle there, for your screw up.

Beware many companies will leave these messages, like the are pretending to be concerned and make something right, but they never do.
