I went there after my phone suddenly died, and the guy was super friendly. Once I’d handed it in he told me to come back in half an hour as he tried to fix it. Unfortunately, what he thought was a battery issue was a circuit issue (it was an old S7 edge) that couldn’t easily be fixed. The guy running the store offered to sell me a S20 ultra 5G. While the price was slightly higher than buying it online (no phone meant no way to check it’s price until after I bought it), he did throw in a free case that I got to pick out and a screen protector for free. Overall a very nice experience and I’ll be coming back if I run into any future problems.

My daughter took her phone in to have the screen and battery repaired. He charged us PS70 which was a fair price. We came back and the screen no longer worked when pressing the home button. He took the phone back for further repair and lent her a spare shop phone. We came back a week later to pick the phone up and the guy said he still can’t get it to work without an unlock code. When my daughter and partner went back to the store the guy said the original phone can’t be fixed and then charged them an additional PS80 for the loaned phone! So currently PS150 down and effectively just a replaced screen. Avoid.

I’ve bought my phone brand new from this shop about 3/4 months ago – my phone is working perfectly, smooth with no issues at all. Also, the guy there was super helpful and friendly. When I told him my story about my stolen phone, he straight found me a new one which is even better, he made me nice deal with new phone, cover, screen protector and charger. It literally made my day. Highly recommended shop and excellent customer service!!!
