I appreciate that this is a small company, I can understand that occasionally something will go wrong. My experience was that occasion, I bought a PS3000+ PC, waited 2 months for it to delivered (which was understandable given the parts needed for the build but still incredibly long)
I set up my hard drives so I could access my necessary files.

The power supply failed, blew my breakers and shocked my SSD’s with incredibly vital data.

I had to pay, to retrieve the data and send my PC back to be repaired. They set up the return very quickly.

I told them the PSU had failed on 4/01/24, they did not give me an update until I phoned them, 2 days in a row asking for one, and a week later they found that the PSU was faulty.

I’m still waiting on my machine.

Pretty disappointing.

Hello, I also will not advise people to buy computers from OPSYS company, I bought a computer to work for the company, they promised 10 working days! after a month and a half, I wrote to them about the problem with my computer and asked a question about returning the money, to which I heard a rude answer that you can go wherever you want, we don’t return the money and wait until we tell you! As a result, after two months I bought another computer because my company needs to work! and when they wrote to us after another reminder, we came to pick up the computer, we were met by an unfriendly guy who showed by his appearance that they were doing us a favor!! people contact other companies!! OPSYS this is a bad choice

First class PC and build from the team at Opsys. Couldn’t recommend them enough. My son had decided what he wanted and with brilliant guidance and advice from Dan, we made a few tweaks and ordered a great gaming PC safe in the knowledge he was getting the best he could at a price that we couldn’t find better anywhere else. There was a slight delay waiting for a particular part to arrive from a supplier but Michael kept in touch regularly as to when we should expect it to be completed. The communication both on the phone and on e-mail throughout was second to none. The PC and it’s build is fantastic, son is delighted. Honestly could not recommend them enough. Great company!
