On the Monday (5th) just gone, whilst in usual morning rush I stupidly tripped and dropped my laptop breaking the screen. My initial plan was to go through the tedious process of insurance but my excess was PS250. I took it to Phase 4 on the Tuesday and they had it repaired by Friday and it was less than half the price of the insurance excess.

Throughout the repair journey, Phase 4 kept me in the loop with regular updates.

I’m crossing my fingers that I won’t be as clumsy in the future, but if fate decides otherwise, Phase 4 will be my first stop without a doubt. They’ve earned my trust and loyalty with their first class service.

Absolutely fantastic service, I dropped my laptop off which had failed. I wasn’t given good news unfortunately but they managed to diagnose the problem and also recover all of my data including some important work files that I needed before Christmas.

I had a problem with my PC that I was unable to diagnose myself. Dropped my PC off and left it with Charlie and within a day he called me to say I had a faulty motherboard. He replaced it and also did the cable management which looks amazing.
