A very stragic addition to the ships here in bridlington. This particular store offers a wide range of second hand gadgets and software such as games nicely arrange for your viewing pleasure.

Staff from what have seen are friendly enough and can be quite engaging considering the job they this is very impressive. Bought and sold a few items from this place and can say the procedure in selling items is relatively quick and straightforward giving reasonable prices for all items however I think there grading scales are a bit of a joke as I once sent a new item never been used still in the box for testing and came back saying it would graded as B trying to justicfy some microscope scratches which I personally couldn’t make out myself so be careful is this respect they can and will be very stringent in there scaling to try and squeeze every penny from you.

Lady that served is today was pleasant professional and dealt with us perfectly even when returning faulty goods. Her manager however was the polar opposite (dark hair with glasses)…. He was rude, obnoxious, with zero customer service skills. Would have rated a lot higher as the rest of the staff were nice and chatty. If any CEX head office staff read this please reach out to this store as your miserable manager is the bad apple in Bridlington.

P.S. on a brighter note the 24 month warranty is a big plus and have successfully swapped out faulty goods.
