Amazing service. I use my phone for work and am paranoid about it being away for long. My previous experience of phone shops has been average/poor, so it was a delight to:

* receive a quote within the hour
* be texted when I said I was struggling to hear on the phone (I’m pretty deaf!)
* Have the part in stock within 2 working days
* have it confirmed when my part was in stock
* drop off/collect when it was convenient
* be reunited with my phone quickly and given relevant information

All such basic stuff but when customer service is lacking elsewhere, it’s just so welcome. A million thanks!

Fantastic service got a phone yesterday, at a great price also gave a good price for old phone towards the new one, and helped transfur all data from old phone to new which wasn’t straight forward, and he didnt really have an obligation to help do this, despite seeing other customers in between he persisted and got the job done , wouldn’t go anywhere else now great guy who goes that bit further to help. Little Gold Mine! Some hidden nuggets in this neat, compact and very well-stocked shop. One of the best window displays I’ve seen, some cables, little gadgets and electrical accessories caught my eye in the window. So my first time I went in and explored. The chap running the shop was helpful and very professional. Impressive!
