Saty is a wizard!

I am writing this review on my newly repaired MacBook Pro 16″ (2019) with necessary data fully recovered which Saty has just delivered straight to my door after only a few days spent fixing it

The issue was liquid ingress with some corrosion and I was anticipating the worst… months of client work lost due to not backing up and a machine that may cost just as much to fix as replace

The first company I approached told me they would need to wipe the machine clean of all data in order to attempt repair which they could not confirm would be successful

They then referred me to a data recovery company who wanted to charge between PS800 – PS1800… JUST for the data to be recovered – again, no guarantees but I’d STILL be charge either way

Although skeptical of independent repair shops, I found MacProFix on google and figured it was worth a shot after reading their immaculate list of reviews

Safe to say they weren’t wrong and I definitely made the right decision! Saty has been nothing but friendly and professional throughout, repairing my machine and recovering the data at an affordable and reasonable price, and going above and beyond to deliver it back to me

I will be using MacProFix for all future repairs as well as recommending to friends, family, and acquaintances!

Absolutely incredible service from Bish, who sorted out my water damaged MacBook after I tipped tea over the keyboard a week before finishing my masters. Super efficient service, had to back to me a day later with many things fixed and corrosion repaired. Amazing communication over multiple phone calls to keep me updated of the progress and decoded all the information to me in layman’s terms so I could understand the different options. Would highly recommend! A really great service, did whatever he could to get it back to me efficiently, you will be in safe hands.

I would without doubt recommend MacProFix for computer repairs. I went in with a faulty logic board, they spent a lot of time and effort trying to repair the board to save myself cost of replacing. When it was found to be unrepairable they sourced a new board and battery for me at a very reasonable price. Service, communication and price were all fantastic. Great team.
