I had my daugther’s iPad screen replaced here and the staff I spoke to were informative and contacted me to give me options about the repair work before they carried it out. I dropped the iPad off late in the day and it was ready the following day when I was contacted to let me know to collect it.

A few weeks later I had an issue with the iPad screen and contacted Techspot assuming that it would be too late for any aftercare. I contacted over fb messenger and received a very quick response. The customer service I received was outstanding and I have to say, I don’t think I have ever been dealt with as respectfully and with as much consideration in any other shop. I was offered multiple options to remedy the issue, even to prevent me having the hassle of returning to the shop in person. If only larger businesses would take a leaf out of the Techspot book, it would make such a difference! Would highly recommended the shop and its owners to anyone with devices needing some attention

Great service, the man that served me was so nice & very helpful, he was able to fix my IPhone 11 Pro screen within the same day and the service only took around 30 minutes to complete.

I had an issue with the camera on the back of the phone as It had broke alongside my screen and no longer worked, the guy was able to switch my camera with a spare he had and only charged me for the parts and not the labour. Overall extremely happy with this service & the price overall was great!
